Completion Time
As a relatively new maker, my completion times do vary. A suit may take anywhere from 3 to 6 months once started, some suits in less time. (This ETA does not account for wait time in the queue) WIPs will be provided when requested (at reasonable times), as well as open and honest communication. My clients are involved with every step of my process.

Payment
I only accept payment using Square, a secure payment processor that offers buyer and seller protection. You may pay using a debit or credit card, bank transfer, or Afterpay.

There is a 30% non refundable deposit required at time of commissioning for material costs, and the rest must be paid before your commission will be started. The remaining 70% is stored in a savings account until the project is complete.
Refunds
Once work has started, there will be no refunds issued for any work completed. This is non negotiable.
Clients may request refunds for work that has not been completed, but the 30% deposit is not refundable
Shipping
Clients are responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of mailing a duct tape dummy.

I will ship anywhere that I am physically able to, provided client covers shipping.
All packages are insured for their dollar value, but I am not responsible for any packages lost by the delivery system. GPS discs can be added to the box for tracking purposes for an additional fee.
